Asked for am iced capp (with cream), and it tasted so sweet, my teeth hurt. Went in and asked for another, they asked if i wanted cream or milk (cream), heard one of them say "the other had cream" as I was leaving. The second drink tasted sweeter. Wont do this location again. Ive had this problem before.

Very efficient and hard working staff.Attention to detail and multi tasking was more than obvious.The young girl preparing my Melt Cheese Sandwich did every effort listed in the safe food handling procedures manual and upon a negligible suspicion garbaged the one in making and made a fresh one to her level of satisfaction.Hats off to the hardworking staff at this location.

they shortchanged me every time I go there for real fruit chill and other chill drinks. Every. Single. Time. I thought it was just one employee or something but for it to happen every single time, I am guessing the owner here is cheap and greedy. The final straw was 4 days ago when they poured 70% of the cup and left almost handful of the drink empty. I mean come on. Really? I drove 5 minutes more towards garrison interior and go to Timmies there. They did not short change me. They fill the cup every time. Never again. This place is absolutely horrendous.

If we had a better coffee shop in town, I would go there. If we had ANY other coffee shop in town, I would go there. 8 out of 10 orders are wrong, they consistently mess up my tea, or wrap.... Not happy at ALL. There are a few very nice employees, but quite a few are just absolutely rotten. Don't know how they're still employed. They need a lesson in proper customer service and HOW TO DO THEIR JOBS!!!

They dont have doughnuts or soups or wedges at night. When open 24/7 the entire menu should be open 24/7. I work late and when I need to eat everything is closed. On a cold winter night it would be nice to have some soup and doughnuts with my hot chocolate. I can see why their head office is going back to their roots they cant keep up with the food items

there are some employees that take the time to be polite(the baker with beard net) but the night shift always has burnt coffee. one night they said they didnt have bagels yet when i got to the window i could see them inside. today i ordered a snack wrap for my 2 year old which they put hot sauce on. I ask for a new one because of all the times ive ordered it, there has never been hot sauce. the lady started lipping me off and when i walked away i could hear her mocking me and repeating my words in a rude voice.

This is the chicken strip they gave me. I'm trying to find out the chicken in it. Sorry for throwing ur special dish in garbage as thr was no time to go back and complain. Pls dont fool people if they are paying what ever you are charging them. Every onle please open the box before you move to ur vehicle...

Very disappointing start to my day. Stopped off around 6:15am on a Sunday like most week days for some drive thru breakfast. Unaware the new tim points needed to be added before paying I lost out on my point. No big deal except that the midnight staff were so rude about it. To teen boys tweaking on too much coffee basically laughed at me. No apologies or explanations just a too bad for you attitude.

Standard Older style Timmies with an interior refresh. The menu is the same across the country. Service was good the bathroom was clean and the was hot and fresh...What else did you expect.

So this young guy serves me coffee with a great positive attitude. Seems to be happy to work there. Loved the fresh coffee.

It's Tim Horton's for God's sake, a lttle taste of Canada! 😊Can't wait until they get Poutine.😉

I was starting to think I found a Canadian city without a Tims. We were looking for one last so before crossing over to Buffalo. This place is a bit hard to find it's set back and hidden by the Wendy's. Other than that it was a nice clean Tim Hortons. Had we found it.

A great place for your coffee and a bite to eat. A place where you can catch up with friends and even a business meeting. Oh and the Fort Erie locations are the only place you can get a chocolate angel donut.

The Younger employees are not taking this virus seriously - the past three times I went the person who took my money also handed me my coffee while holding the lid - I reminded them each time that they should be holding the cup and not the lid

Nice clean location with excellent choice of donuts.

Wait times are often absurd. Traffic is an absolute problem here. Blocking the sidewalk, traffic is often unable to pass, parking lot is difficult to navigate and often times cars are blocking the Fire and Rescue department. No garbage for drive thru customers. I will say that staff is ALWAYS pleasant and gets the order correct 99% of the time.
